CALL FOR ARTISTS

REINTREPRETATION

Create a reinterpretation of another work of art.  This could be your own work or based on another.  For example if you we're inspired by Edward Munch "Scream" - how would your create that?  Maybe you have a photograph you took that you want to interpret as a painting?  Or Maybe you want to take a realistic work and make it an abstract.  It is your job to reintrperate.

DROP OFF ARTWORK:  Wednesday, June 5th 1-6PM

ARTIST RECEPTION:  Friday, June 14th, 6-8PM

SHOW RUNS: Thursday, June 6th through Tuesday, June 18th, 2019

CALL FOR ARTIST DETAILS

Original Works can be in any mediums - drawing, painting, photography, mixed media, sculpture, glass, fiber.

Works should be consistent with the theme presented.

Works should be wired and ready to hang.  Works should be framed or gallery wrapped with painted edges.  No Sawtooth hangers.  If you have special hanging requirements please contact William H. Miller.

Each Artist can submit up to a maximum of 4 pieces smaller than 24" ($10 Each) or maximum of 2 pieces larger than 24"but smaller than 48" ($10 each) or 1 piece larger than 48" ($20).  Gallery Commission is 30%, with the artist receiving 70% of the sale. Additional $10 hanging fee if the work is Not For Sale (NFS).

Please Provide Title, Artist Name, Dimensions, Medium, and Price for each work (Gallery will make art labels)

Gallery Reserved The Right To Refuse Any Work that does not meet the criteria listed.
